Awnilux has been designing and manufacturing Solar Protection Systems for over 20 years. Our design department employs engineers and CAD specialists who work together to develop innovative and reliable products.
We have the necessary infrastructure to design and produce our own aluminum and plastic injection molds, as well as a fully automated die casting facility. Awnilux products are available in over 30 countries.
Quality and safety are the pillars of our company. We continuously monitor each production process using top of the line equipment, which allows us to detect any anomaly before the product reaches the market. We have a modern laboratory in which we check the strength and resistance of every component, and the quality of the aluminum alloys we use in our products.

CAD / CAM DESIGN




We approach the development of our products focusing, not only on their High Quality, but also on their looks. Our team of engineers work together with our designers, combining experience, technology and creativity to bring about innovative, strong and pleasant designs. The first step, when working on a new product, is determining its resistance to shock, by calculating the loads that will affect it. Then, a working prototype is made of all its parts for a test assembly, and once all tests are passed, the final design begins.

DIE CASTING PROCESS



We have an innovative automated die casting plant with the most technologically advanced die casting equipment, located within our premises. Our die casting parameters are computer controlled, ensuring that mold temperature and flow pressure remain stabilized throughout the entire injection process, Each part is checked in real time to detect any possible injection defect, allowing only perfect parts to continue down the production line.
Once the design stage is complete, our engineering department begins with the mold production. We use the latest software to simulate the flow of aluminum within the mold, to optimize times and help ensure the part has no manufacturing defects. We have all the equipment necessary to design and produce all of our molds.
